About Jill
As founder and owner of A+ Home Watch of Arizona LLC, a trusted home watch service based in Maricopa County, Arizona, Jill was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and has spent her life adapting to—and thriving in—diverse and challenging climates. From the rainy hills of her hometown to the snow belt of Upstate New York, the humidity of Texas, and now the dry heat of Arizona, Jill understands how homes respond to environmental stress and how to protect them with care and precision.
With over 35 years of marriage & homeownership, Jill and her husband, Glen, have raised a family while living across the country, gaining firsthand insight into the importance of home maintenance, security, and peace of mind.

About Glen
Glen Wagner - Home Watch Operations Manager
Glen Wagner, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, relocated to Mesa, Arizona, in 2019 to escape the cold winters. With over 30 years of experience in engineering services and project management, Glen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. As a licensed real estate agent, he has a strong understanding of home functions and features.
In his current role at A+ Home Watch of Arizona, Glen is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive reviews of clients' homes. He ensures that home visits are conducted on schedule with detailed reports and communicates any identified action items. Glen's dedication to his work provides comfort for our customers, receiving the highest level of service and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Glen enjoys hiking, playing golf, and walking his dog, Millie. He holds an undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
